Hi! My name is Clare.
I am the pastry chef and creative heart behind Sweet CB. For me, food has always been about connection - a way to bring people together, spark conversation, and create lasting memories. Sweet CB was born from a passion for classic desserts reimagined with care, craft, and a little modern magic.
I focus on elevated takes on familiar favorites — the kind of pastries that feel nostalgic yet new and comforting. From hand crafted desserts to perfectly baked breakfast pastries, each creation is made to celebrate the beauty of simple ingredients and the joy of sharing something delicious.
When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me out and about across our Yampa Valley... hiking, paddle boarding, fishing, volunteering at the Routt County Humane Society, or at my favorite place... the rodeo!
